Mariachi Tesoro de Tucson

Mariachi Tesoro de Tucson is devoted to the music education and development of the talent of its musicians. Mariachi Tesoro is a non-profit organization operating under the auspices of Mariachi Nueva Generación, Inc., and engages in a variety of fundraising activities. Every year, there is a fundraiser held at El Casino Ballroom with several mariachi groups and folklórico dancers to entertain our guests.

Throughout the year, Mariachi Tesoro performs at weddings, private parties, professional conferences and local restaurants to raise money to support the educational efforts of instructors and participate in educational conferences in Tucson, Arizona, and other cities, such as San Antonio or Las Cruces.

This new release of Puro Tesoro! is also a fundraising effort. The proceeds will be used to fund the education and related expenses to develop the musical abilities and knowledge of the musicians.  Your purchase of the CD online costs $10.00 per CD, $1.00 handling charge per order, and $0.25 per CD shipping.

• FAQ1|If I choose to pick up my order, where do I pick it up?

If you would like to pick up your order, please use the PayPal button on the left. Indicate in the MESSAGE box of the order form how you would like Mariachi Tesoro de Tucson to contact you to make the arrangements (or see FAQ2). If you have already made arrangements with someone from Mariachi Tesoro de Tucson to pick up your order, please type that person's name in the MESSAGE box of the order form.

• FAQ2|What is the address for picking up my CD order?

If you prefer to pick up your CD order. Ralph Ellinwood, of Ellinwood, Francis & Plowman, LLP, is handling the CD orders for Mariachi Tesoro. They are located downtown at 117 West Washington Street, Tucson, AZ 85701 (Contact: Mary). • FAQ3|When will my order be ready for shipment?

Nueva Generacion, Inc. is the Distributor of Mariachi Tesoro's CDs. We will fill your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Expect 2-3 business days for mailing.

• FAQ4|Will there be a charge for shipping & handling on my order?

Yes. We are a non-profit organization and do not have a large operating budget. One of the parents is donating their time and some of the cost of mailing. However, to help defray the costs, Nueva Generación, Inc. is applying a charge of $0.25/CD for shipping plus $1.00 per order for handling. Cost of shipping and handling for 1 CD is $1.25; for 2 CDs is $1.75, for 3 CDs is $2.25, and so on.
