Much of Mariachi Tesoro's fundraising comes directly from the efforts of Tesoro musicians. They learn new music, gain performance experience, and have fun as they perform at weddings, professional conferences, art galleries, private parties, and other events.

Planning a wedding or quinceañera Book your musical group for the wedding and the reception!
If you want to have a memorable event, it's always best to include mariachis at the church or ceremony and have a blast with fun, upbeat mariachi at the reception.
Mariachi Tesoro de Tucson does both. Tesoro plays traditional mariachi music suitable for weddings (and quinceaneras) and a mix of mariachi, cumbias, and huapangos for singing, dancing, and having fun at your reception.
Book in advance
It's always best to plan in advance. If it's last minute, please call Mariachi Tesoro anyway and we will always do what we can. If we can make it, we'll be there.
But ordinarily it's best to allow a few months to plan, especially if you would like Mariachi Tesoro to play at the ceremony and reception. Normally that involves 2-3 hours of music and our performance calendar should be cleared for that day so we can deveote tour efforts to your special day.
Long Distance?
If you are not in Tucson, that's okay. Please call Anna at 520.777.1577 to see if Mariachi Tesoro can play at your wedding and/or reception. We have traveled to Globe, Phoenix, Sierra Vista and other towns outside the Tucson area. There is an additional fee for travel.

Q: What kind of music do you play? A: Mariachi Tesoro de Tucson plays both traditional and modern mariachi music, including songs like El Rey de la Huasteca, Sevillana, Que bonita es esta vida, Sabor a mi, and Desden.
Q: You say you do ceremony music, what kind do you play? A: Mariachi Tesoro plays full mass for weddings and quinceaneras, in addition to playing music for receptions.
Q: How much do you charge? A: Marichi Tesoro chares by the hour and can arrange for package deals depending upon the event.
Q: Our wedding will not be in Tucson. We're getting married somewhere else in southern Arizona. Can I still hire you to play for our wedding and reception? A: Yes! Mariachi Tesoro has traveled to Globe, Morenci, and other parts of southern Arizona to play for weddings, quinceaneras, birthday parties and other special events. We do charge an additional fee for travel, but the per hour charge is the same.
