When will my order be ready for shipment?
Nueva Generacion, Inc. is the Distributor of Mariachi Tesoro's CDs. We will be sending the master to press in the coming week and expect to be able to ship CDs to fill your order by the 15th of January 2010.
Will there be a charge for shipping & handling on my order?
Yes. We are a non-profit organization and do not have a large operating budget. One of the parents is donating their time and some of the cost of mailing. However, to help defray the costs, Nueva Generación, Inc. is applying a charge of $0.50/CD for shipping plus $1.00 per order for handling. Cost of shiping and handling for 1 CD is $1.50; for 2 CDs is $2.00, for 3 CDs is $2.50, and so on.
Who do I contact if I have questions about my order?

Can I pick up my CD order?
Yes! If you prefer to pick up your CD order. Ralph Ellinwood, of Ellinwood, Francis & Plowman, LLP, is handling the CD orders for Mariachi Tesoro. They are located downtown at 117 Washington Street, Tucson, AZ 85701 (Contact: Mary). Please schedule your pickup with Karen at 520.762.7242.to be sure the items are ready and to avoid shipping and handling charges.
How come the CDs are not ready for shipping on the original release date of January 15, 2010?
We encountered some production delays. The production company indicates that the new release date will be January 29, 2010. We will ship CD orders on or about February 1, 2010. If you ahve any questions, please contact Karen at 520.762.7242. Please accept our apologies for the delay.
