FAQs
When will my order be ready for shipment?
When your order is received by PayPal, we receive a notice immediately. Your order will be shipped usually within 24 hours of your purchase. On weekends there may be a delay until Monday morning, as the office is closed weekends.
Will there be a charge for shipping & handling on my order?
Yes. We are a non-profit organization and do not have a large operating budget. One of the parents is donating their time and some of the cost of mailing. However, to help defray the costs, Nueva Generación, Inc. is applying a charge of $0.50 per CD for shipping plus $1.00 per order for handling. Cost of shipping and handling for 1 CD is $1.50; for 2 CDs is $2.00 for 3 CDs is $2.25, and so on.
Who do I contact if I have questions about my order?

Can I pick up my CD order?
Yes! If you prefer to pick up your CD order. Ralph Ellinwood, of Ellinwood, Francis & Plowman, LLP, is handling the CD orders for Mariachi Tesoro. They are located downtown at 117 Washington Street, Tucson, AZ 85701 (Contact: Joanie). Please schedule your pickup with Karen at 520.762.7242.to be sure the items are ready and to avoid shipping and handling charges.
How come the CDs were not ready for shipping on the original release date of January 15, 2010?
We encountered some production delays. The new release arrived on February 1, 2010. We shipped our first set of CD orders on or about February 1, 2010.
